2月10日から12日の3日間、運動生理ラボにUniversity of Santo Tomasの学生8名、教員1名にお越しいただき、一緒に研究活動を行いました！！
非常に有意義な時間であっという間の3日間でした！！

2月10日：椿先生から近赤外線分光法(NIRS)のレクチャー＆実験

2月11日：実験結果の解析＆ディスカッション＆プレゼンテーション作成

2月12日：プレゼンテーション準備＆発表

The past three days were an exhilarating experience in both academic and cultural exchange, I appreciate working with the team as well as the suggestions in-between work for better collaboration. I gained the impression that you all are fun, chaotic but funny and genuine to be with. I hope to meet you all again not just as an exchange student but with a deeper relation between friends and as a person.
Like a flower growing on a grass field, the connection I have made you all has given the feeling of rejuvenation and peace.

今回の交流について、はじめは英語でのコミュニケーションに不安や緊張もありましたが、共に研究したり、食事をしたりするなかでフィリピンでの生活の話やお互いの研究内容についてなど様々な話をすることで次第に打ち解け楽しく交流することができました。
また、研究においても測定結果について意見を交わし、研究に対する積極的な姿勢を間近で見ることで、多くの刺激を受けることができました。
不慣れな英語での会話の中でも優しく、丁寧に対応してくださったUSTの方々に感謝すると共に今回の貴重な体験や思い出を大切にし、今後の学生生活や研究活動に活かしていきたいと思います。
