運動時の大脳皮質酸素化ヘモグロビンの変化とそれに基づく脳機能改善およびリスク管理指標の検討
近赤外線脳機能イメージング装置を使用し,強度や時間を変えて運動を行い,様々な領域の大脳皮質酸素化ヘモグロビンの変化を捉えています.また体循環反応や換気応答も同時に計測し,それらが大脳皮質酸素化ヘモグロビンに変動に与える影響についても検討しています.
内部障害を有する方への理学療法介入とその効果
呼吸器や循環器,腎機能に障害を持つ方は年々増加しており,これに関わる理学療法士も増えています.また,運動療法を中心とした理学療法の効果は数多く報告されています.これらの情報を共有するため,内部障害の領域に興味を持つ理学療法士と定期的に研究ミーティングを開催し,理学療法介入やその効果についての研究を進めています.
